    Being in intimate relationships can be complex experiences as we are mirrors for one another reflecting opportunities for change and growth. Support can offer a grounded space to be and feel heard and seen as well as to hear and see your partner in a new way.

    $250.00/ per 60 min. session

  • Healing Circles

    Collective healing spaces (groups/circles) have been found to hold great benefits for healing individuals and communities. It offers the opportunity to be witnessed in your experience and your growth, to build connections which reduce tendency towards isolation and withdrawal, and support space for folks to create/learn new dynamics for being in intentional relationship.

  • Non- Clinical Supervision & Training

    Creating spaces for teams to learn through custom designed interactive practices and dialogue help folks integrate knowledge in both the mind and body in ways that offers the challenge of growth with the ease needed to stay present and engaged. This approach applies to offering trainings and Non-clinical supervision support for organizations working to support communities impacted by trauma and other adverse experiences.
